Santai has nice Balinese feel. Sulawesi style bungalows are lovely but a little dark. However the large deck is great for reading/relaxing..
The ocean view rooms are definitely worth the extra.
Stylish restaurant with good food.
Nice pool and pool area.
Downside..Although it is on the beach, it is not in the best location The beach is stoney/shingly.
Pondok Vienna has a much nicer location right on a sandy beach at Lipah where there is very good snorkling.
However there is no pool.
For me Santai has a better accomodation and ambiance but Vienna is in a better location!
