Location is fantasic be carefull when booking Villas are in several (three) different locations we prefer the Ones in Jl Kunti next to Prana and oposite the Bali Deli, we find the others a little off the beaten track, if you have a problem with mosquitoes see the office and they will spray the gardens for you, service is very good. The Villas are just like thier web site, which is really good and explains everything you probably need to know, are you thinking of a one two or three bed room villa, the one we atayed in was actually a four bed one but I dont think they have many of those.
