I think you are missing my point,my problem with a hotel may not be yours so I keep any complaints between hotel and me and if I cant sort it I simply dont go back.B T W I am writing this one handed as have a broken arm so forgive typos.
In my opinion not being allowed to use pool,not getting ground floor room and beer to expensive is a petty use of forum.I have big shoulders so take the p**s all you like
