I don't know anywhere to get nice ones, when I was there I had a look at Ramayana department store, they have the maternity clothes that Indonesian women would wear, and you probably wouldn't consider them to be particuarly fashionable. They do have good quality cheap baby clothes there though.
I'd be interested to know if there are any good little boutiquey shops though...
