We did the same thing, although I rang and spoke to Desi and gave her the details over the phone instead of emailing or faxing. They just kept the details as security and we paid in cash when were leaving, although they did leave a bill under our door on the morning of the 6th or 7th day as they have a policy that you have to pay each week but this can easily be fixed by letting them know that you made arrangements to pay on checkout. Great hotel although we had trouble getting cocktails by the pool - they said something to do with some festival. Karen
