we have also booked with jetstar. we have as yet, not got the email either. we have a confirmation number. i have gotten onto the jetstar sight and all is ok. we will wait for a bit then ring again. they normally do take a few days before the email gets through. if after a week, you have not got the email, ring them and they can help. have a good trip.
