It's HOT all the time in Bali. It's the start of the dry season, but sometimes you may get rain, no different to anywhere else.
I noticed you would get a slightly cool breeze, but not cool enough to put anything other than a singlet on.
You'll be fine. I take a light top for the plane, that's it. I've never worn it anywhere else.
