FYI, MOZAIC was just chosen by the MIELE Guide as one of Asia's 5 Best Restaurants (together with GUNTHER's, IGGY's and LES AMIS in Singapore and L'ATELIER DE JOEL ROBUCHON in Hong Kong).
Prices at MOZAIC are just a small fraction of those you have to pay at the other winning restaurants.
