I have paid 6000rp for the small approx 1m size flags and 7000rp same size with poles but did the downhill walk along the Tegallalang.
Not worth the trip if you only want to buy flags....
Maybe try Unagi too (which I prefer to Geneva as its relatively new, cleaner and easier to see the products for sale. I found prices to be most comparable. It has two levels, but not as much stock as Geneva.)
