I declared some bottles of wine a few years ago.. maybe 2005?
Cost then was 75% of the shop price of the bottle. Happy to pay this as a half decent bottle of wine is expensive in Bali. Still worked out cheaper doing it this way - Probably wouldn't bother taking in extra spirts - would buy it duty free.
Would never not declare it - declaring it was a scary enough experience!
