Hi , i cannot say that customs will be no problem as i really don't know but as a diabetic living here, i have always gone to Kasih Ibu hospital if i have any problems , they are excellent and speak english.. it is internation standard and have every thing you would need if your son encountered any problems..
I hope that there are no problems at all, but a doctors letter and a " sick "' child would probably guarentee a sympathetic response from most customs officers.. Hope you have a wonderful holiday..
