You can get them at some department stores ,Hardys in Sanur after 2pm,Carrefore on Sunset Road ,they have a stand just outside the supermarket,they wear yellow T shirts with the word Gratis on them.
The hand phone is Gratis if you buy RP120,000 worth of credit.
They are a nice slim phone locked into Smart sim cards.
I bought 3 for my relations who are going in January.
There are three styles and three prices ,the cheap one iS RP120,000 RP170,000 and RP190,000.
They all have the same amount of credit but some have more features .
You can text anywhere in the world ,not sure how much that is because it is that cheap to call ,RP1000 per minute for most country's.
Makes you wonder what would happen if Telstra had some competition eh.
Telstra roaming is about RP30,000 per minute ,the dearest in the world.
