5th trip to Bali, 3 at Sanur, 2 at Kuta. This is not a novel on all the wonderful stuff that I love about Bali, nor a put-down on the stuff that irritates me.
In my humble opinion,Bali is Bali....take it or leave it, whichever way you find it.
Things are tough out there, tourism is down, but I did not feel the same level of warmth or humour as was usual...I am a good/bad shopper( as in, I can be talked into stuff I don't need), but they didn't even try???
I had a bad case of Bali Belly( trust me...it's real..back in NZ and
still suffering).....
Would I go back to Bali????? You bet your a###e I would, get me a plane now!!!!
