Flew with Mandala Air from Dps to Yogyakarta this year in June - booked flights here in Aus over the internet and apart from some slight time delays, everything was fine.
Allocated seating etc... no problems at all - much like the flight from Adelaide to Melbourne or Melbourne - Sydney. It's only an hour, so by the time you're up in the air it's almost time to come back down again.
I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Planes were very clean, flights were cheap.
