I think you have to remember that if it was as simple as buying a restaurant or hotel and then living off the profits in paradise why wouldnt we all be doing it?
Also please remember that Bali's tourist industry is a bit fragile at the moment you could invest alot of money into a hotel or whatever and have no people to actually put in it, god forbid there is actually another 'event' I think it would devaste the tourist trade.
Investing in Bali at the moment for business purposes may not be the best idea???
