Thanks Hangon for your support.The people contemplating business purchases should consider the actual prices customers are paying for goods and services in Bali.How anyone can make a profit on say massages at 10 Bucks a throw is beyond me.You see half a dozen girls/men on a footpath trying to get custom and apparently lucky to get two customers a day. Then you go into a nice little cafe and eat and drink for a measly 10-20 bucks. How does one make a profit or enough to live on. How many Balinese tour the world.
I note that some forumites mention a Balinese mafia standing over businesses. Shopkeepers selling DVD's and watches have to pay off the standover men.
Who in their own mind wants to take on these problems about which they know not until the day they have committed themselves.
