Agree Kafe Bata Waru excellent we ate their many times and will again in January.Just up the road (approx 150mtrs} on the same side as BG heading towards kuta is the Bebek Agus a small place that does not look like much as you are walking past but the food is delicious and the prices are very cheap.They do a great breakfast and most evenings they have entertainment.Well worth a try.
