If you have had the photos printed off at a photo place, they often transfer them to a folder on the memory card, thats why when you look at them on the camera you only see the photos that are not in the folder. If you buy another memory card you can transfer all the photos to it then you will be able to see them all on your frame. Hope that all makes sence to you..
