I was there in August this year and the staff couldn't have been more helpful - Alex the Manager was fantastic. Did you let them know about your Special Needs before you went?? They have cars coming up from Sanur everyday and will bring whatever you want. If you want to explore this part of Bali then it's a great location to be starting from.
