I too went overboard buying vanilla pods at Candi Kuning markets and wondered how to use them up. Luckily on pages 35-36 in the Xmas edition of delicious magazine is a pic and a recipe for Vanilla Cranberry Cocktails using vanilla beans, bubbly and cranberry juice. Easy peasy & look beautiful.
