Right next door is a lovely restaurant called Cafe Batan Waru. Up a bit opposite Centro is Ifiori, it's a white building with a balcony. Accross the road from BGH is Bubba Gumps, although not my cup of tea, very good reports. Don't forget the cafe IN BGH, it is beautiful too.
And as you're close to Kuta anyway, there's plenty around there. Make sure you get to Un's in Kuta, as well as one in Legian called Nero Bali. Try the satay's at The Pub in Bunisari st. Most people know where these all are.
