Can't think where to change money once I leave the airport on the way to Ubud, there's a big wartel just on the outskirts of Kuta/Tubanfrom memory? I've got a driver, sure he'll know but any suggestions.
There have been mentions that you get a better rate change $100 notes, correct? I usually use ATMs in Bali.
