I recently got my formal dress made in Bali about 2 weeks ago. I got mine made at Alto Modo near Kuta Galleria. The dress makers name was Belinda who was very good and patient. It cost under $50 which is very good considering the fabric I choose. There is also different variety of fabrics there.
