Haven't been to Ubud for four years now!
So, four years ago, Mozaic held the mantle as the best fine dining in Ubud (in most people's opinion anyway).
How about these days? I expect that the restaurants at Four Seasons Sayan, Kupu Kupu Barong etc must be very nice as well.
So, any opinions for a really special evening where expense isn't really an issue?
