We have stayed at the apartments owned by the hotel that are situated in the Residents block and also the ones owned by Max and Suzanne, they layout is exactly the same and the bathrooms are the same but Max and Suzannes apartments are really nicely furnished in comparison to the hotel owned ones, Max and Suzannes also have DVD players and free filtered water as well as larger fridge, they do not include breakfast but we often just made toast in our room or went to one of the many restaurants close by, the manager for Max and Suzannes is excellent too, personally I would choose to stay in the privately owned one rather than the hotel owned one
