Stayed at the Heliconia Villas in September and you'll find the villa, pool and garden totally private. The garden is walled with a gate that you lock from the inside. You could perhaps engage in some skinny dipping without worrying about being sprung.
The staff will phone you just before they deliver your breakfast. Ultimo Restaurant is just across the road and down a little from the Heliconia driveway, take her there for dinner as the embience, food and service are wonderful and the price very very reasonable.
You could probably arrange with the staff at Heliconia(for a price) to have rose petals and candles in the pool if you'd like to create a romantic surprise. If you have any more questions about the Heliconia Villa ask away. And congratulations to you and your wife!
