for your situation Barong sounds perfect probably $30 each a night Aus for feb so still very cheap, perfectly mild party atmosphere but if you feel like it pop over to bounty hotel for a more intense time.
I have stayed at both the bounty and the Barong, (i'm 19 btw) and at the bounty you can't get a spot at the pool bar.
However the 24 hour music is not loud and will not keep you up all night, if you have already paid for bounty i suggest staying there as the rooms are twice as nice as barong and once your in your room your not exposed to the party atmosphere, if you need to chill by the pool just go over to barong and do it haha.
The party atmosphere is overatted at bounty it is a much nicer hotel so stick with it!
