ask to be taken to the bintang supermarket.its 3 minutes north of hotel and taxi fare will be next to nothing.we use the kodak money changer in garlic lane which would be a 5 min walk south of hotel.iam sure there will be somewhere closer to jayakarta then the one we use.have fun.
