Catching a cab would be the easiest.
But if you are around Legian St & want to walk there..
Depends where you are coming from but as an example:
If you are on Melasti St, continue away from the beach, through the lights (on the corner of Legian St.)
Follow the road (Jalan Sriwijaya) around until it stops at Jln Patih Jelantik
Right is one way traffic to Legian St.
Left is to Denpasar.
Turn left and continue along.
Istana Kuta Galeria is on the right just after the river.
