I try to bring back that feeling of trusting the flow of life instead of always looking at my watch, calculating how long things will take, planning every waking minute for the following week, checking the diary, saying 'quick I'm in a hurry' etc ... but sadly have yet to master it!! Hard to let go of trying to be in control all the time.
