I have stayed in one of Max and Suzannes flats and also two of the of the privately owned apartments at the Jayakarta Hotel and Residence. All are of the same standard.
One of the flats did not allow children, but they were happy with my 18 year old daughter sleeping on a fold up bed in the lounge room.
