I was under the impression Indojet only flew direct from Perth to Bali and return so would suggest departure is Perth..
Price for 1 is very expensive and a quick check of the booking engine on their website will show it is very easy to get flights around the $730-$800 return including taxes but if it is for 2 then that is a good price.
Suggest also checking Jetstar because have 2 flights booked out of Perth so far for under $550 return each.
