Airport tax

I would like to enguire whether i need to pay any airport tax when arriving/departing from the Depansar Airport. If there is, hw much?
I'm a Singaporean travelling from Singapore. And does anyone know what is the xchange rate for Singapore $ in Bali?? Thanks
