probably the best way to see if you are getting a good deal is to do some research on booking the flights and accommodation yourself.
for flights look at the jetstar, indojet, zuji or best flights websites.
for accommodation have a look at qantas, agoda, asia rooms (or similar) websites. Just remember that the accommodation websites charge per room not per person and most include breakfast.
It is a lot cheaper to get a taxi from the aiport instead of transfers via a travel agent.
