Did the Coolie/KL/Bali/KL/Coolie trip last July. Only hic cup on all our legs seemed to be the luggage taking ages to arrive this was on all legs, also it is chaotic checking in at KL and keep in mind your luggage and you have to check in for each leg, personally I would make sure I had around 4 hours between flights, because if you miss a connection you have to rebook and repay and I doubt it would be a discount price. On the KL/Bali/KL the seating is free, just head for the back everyone else wants to be up front.
We found the flights good service good as well and would not hesitate to fly with them again. Toilets at KL were fine the days we used them.........
