I've used a notaris in Senggigi to certify documents for a visa application. She is on the same side of the road as the supermarkets (i.e. not the beach side of the road), if you go from the supermarket in the middle of Senggigi heading north (so the supermarket is on you right hand side), proceed for maybe 50-100m and there is a curve in the road and a Padang warung. She's got a big sign up there - you can't miss it really if you are looking.
