Bali Brumby do a fantastic job. I've had formal evening dresses, a leather jacket, shoes and boots made. My cousins also had boots made there in January and they are really happy with them.
You will find them in the street that runs between the slingshot and bubba gumps, down near bali garden hotel. Search the archives for the exact address if you need to.
