If you go down Poppies II from the monument, Gang Ronta is on the left. Just don't take the front room, very noisy. If you can get a room back from the road, not too bad. Around Rp60,000 - 70,000 for a single fan room including breakfast. There is also a good padang style warung next door that is very reasonable and good food.
