Saw plenty of Barbie gear at Matahari and also at a kids toystore at both Discovery and Bali Galleria (two branches of the same store). Pretty pricey though, about the same price as Australia. Barbie t-shirts worked out around AUD$20-25 each in a size 3.
I don't remember seeing anything Dora anywhere.
