Hi,
just received the following email after waiting some considerable time for a reply. My concern is that I will lose my hotel deposits if I cancel late,(we are booked to fly from Perth Dec 12th) so I wrote asking confirmation that they will definately be flying in December. Please read the following.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delayed reply. As noted on
our website, we are currently experiencing lengthy delays in replying to
online enquiries.

Please be assured that currently all of our flights to and from Bali are
operating as usual. We are constantly monitoring the situation in Bali
in conjunction with the appropriate authorities and we will respond
accordingly if the situation changes.

We are required to obtain authorisation from the Civil Aviation
Authority to fly to Denpasar. This process is currently under way and we
fully expect that this authorisation will be obtained prior to the
commencement of scheduled services. In the unlikely event that we are
unable to obtain that authorisation and are not able to fly into
Denpasar, you will receive a full refund of your fare, however, we will
not be liable for any additional costs incurred from the cancellation.

If you have any further enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us
again.
