Worst customer experience of my life. On departure they weren't in attendance to receive the car - I had to call someone out. On arrival, again, there was no-one in attendance, they had neglected to tell me to pick up the keys from the Thrifty booth (I should have guessed that one, obviously!)
I called to complain and was abused by the owner for my trouble.
