We hired bikes for 30,000 per day = I think this rate is for 7 or more days. Lots of places quoted 40-45000 per day. We had International Licenses (hubby has a bike license in Australia.) We did not get pulled over but we also always wore a helmet. My son who does not have a bike license still had an international license and had no probs either. I did check with our travel insurance (1Cover) and son would not have been covered for any accidents but hubby and I would have been OK as we had the correct license here in Australia. We had our son drive the car first of all just to get used to the traffic etc.
