Giving away free minutes, cheap calls etc, which means the networks lately are totally tied up a lot of the time. One of my staff was in tears today and just bought a new SIM as she hadnt been able to get through to her family or boyfriend for days now. Our business number is also XL and I'm wishing I could chnage but unfortunately am stuck with it!
