Hi, we are going in the July school holidays and we have booked and paid for our flights already. We are going Sydney via Darwin and got a good price so was happy to do it straight away and checking the jetstar page yesterday the price has already gone up for the same flights so we feel we did the right thing. Havent organised our accommodation yet, figured theres plenty or time for that, have emailed where we want to stay and they have responded so we are on record as wanting to come then. I guess its really a personal decision but we decided to do it while we had the money in case it got spent on something else.
