Hello,
I am Belgian citizen of 49 years young living now in Moldova but like to make a move in my life together with my wife and look to
- buy land suitable for a beach resort and then to build
or - to buy an existing small beach resort
or - to participate in an existing beach resort
which I could manage with my wife and some staff. I would need there for working and residency permission solution.
My 1st option: Indonesia - Malaysia - Thailand
My 2nd option Jamaica / Dominican Republic / Caribbean in general
My 3rd option Meditterean Sea / Tunesia Egypt

My intention would be in first instance to invest cash 250.000-400.000$ budget depending on quality / situation / location, rest with financing if possible and reasonable.
