Try Mayang, next to Matahi in Kuta Sq.
They are pricey, but have " European" styles.
Before buying, take a taxi to Jalan Hassanudin in Denpasar, and browse through the 20 or so gold shops and see if anything takes your eye.
Ask for the gold percentage (70% 80% or higher) and get a biz card and write the % plus the weight.
If you don't do this, you will walk away and won't find the same thing again!!
If you have any broken or old stuff, you can sell on the street outside the shops to suppliment your purchases.
