Yes, you can go back to Padangbai with Perama, they go back the same way.
You can also use one of the speed boats, the Gili Cat, Mahe Mahe or Blue Water Safari, quit expensive though,it's cheaper to fly over to Bali from Selaparang Airport in Mataram
