Its not actually sponsoring as such but "inviting them to Australia"
The more money they have in there bank account the better it is. If you can send them some money :)to put in the account. Plus a letter from there work saying they want them to return to work on a certain date.
in the letter say u want to invite them to Australia for eg: celebrate xmas with your family as you have known them for ? years and become good friends on your however many trips to Bali...
tell them You will provide all financial assistance while they are in Oz: accommodation, meals, transport, medical expenses etc for the duration of there stay.
Just something like that...
