The lobby is on the first floor, so there is the ground floor down and two floors up. Yes, rooms starting with 1 are on the gound floor, starting with 2 on the 1st floor, etc.
I didn't see an ethernet socket in my room but they do have wireless as I saw people sitting in the lobby on laptops browsing the internet.
