by going firt to Uluwatu Temple for sunset and see the Kecak dancers...probably crowded these days...then drop by for seafood dinner, go for the fish and leave the prawns etc.
If you happen to go to Gili Trawangan go for the crab and crays there at set prices or Warung Menega in Lombok...on the sand, that same sinking feeling but much smaller, usually not crowded and fantastic BBQ fish and no hokey wandering minstrels.
